I'm really sad to hear that Edward Lorenz passed away a few days ago.
Edward Lorenz,
Benoit Mandelbrot and
Alan Turing are probably the people who have influenced my career the most. For those who don't know, Lorenz was first to describe the
Butterfly Effect.
